Baci Trattoria is a beloved, women-led, family-owned Italian-American café located in Downtown Vero Beach, Florida. Known for its eclectic twist on classic breakfast and lunch dishes, the eatery blends fresh, homemade ingredients with warm, artistic hospitality.
The Story & Owners
The restaurant is owned and operated by Karen Scott-Fulchini, an artist and former graphic designer. She combines her passion for food, family, and design to create a cozy, vibrant, and inclusive space. Alongside the help of her team—including Chef Emi, who originates from Italy—Karen ensures that every guest is treated like family.
The Atmosphere
Located at 1918 14th Ave, Baci Trattoria resembles a quaint European café. It features a vine-covered archway, lush greenery, and a welcoming covered outdoor patio, making it a popular neighborhood gathering spot.
The Menu
While they offer traditional Italian fare like chicken parm, their menu is most famous for its generous breakfast, brunch, and lunch portions with creative culinary twists.
Cannoli Pancakes:
